I think I see your problem. I would think that you’d have lots of sampling in a diner. So, now you have a choice: have a great diner, fat cook with much sampling; or, poor diner, thin cook and no sampling.
When mom wanted to lose weight, her doc said to serve up a plate of food and then put 1/2 of it back.
