As many like ham for Thanksgiving Dinner, the pig could also use the briar patch, too.

Hmm. Mr Snake and Mr Pig and Mr Turkey I get, they are “threatened species” in the comic. But what about Mr(s) Beaver?

You wanna go where everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad you came…

Is that the proverbial pig in a poke?

Necessity is the mother of invention!

I get the snake and the turkey. Not sure about the pig, and have no idea why the squirrel. Which bring to mind an example of the difference between “involved” and “committed”. Best explained as a ham and eggs breakfast. The chicken was ‘involved’. The pig was ‘committed’.

So, how’d the customers find it?

They need a place like this for regular people.

Turkeys can run but they can’t hide from a professional caller.

Now the pig knows where to go for Christmas.

Eventually word will get out and their safe haven will be kaput.

Check the snake’s smile, thinks it’s got it made.

OK I’ll tell you, but first here is my scissors to use.

At least that place should keep the rift raft out (Humans) ……. :)
