I tried the CharBroil Big Easy… sort of a propane powered Air Fryer that is sized to do turkeys up to 15 or so pounds. It’s a worthwhile addition to any out door grilling equipment as it does some things quite well, including turkey, ribs, pork cutlets…

My dog’s tail caught on fire for like 3 seconds from the burner outside frying the turkey. Thankfully she didn’t noticed and ran. Everyone yelled her name at the same time, causing her to freeze and cower. Poor baby got extra turkey that year. Kept close guard after that!

The best Turkey that we had was at my Grandparents …… a pit turkey ….. Soooooo Good … I can still taste it …. :)
