I say show a little back bone and go golfing.

Take the shopping list and go pick up what’s on it.

I think Sherman sensed that Megan would throttle him for deciding to go golfing on the weekend of her party and decided not to go through with it.

In yesterdays strip Megan said she was expecting no help, so go golfing. It’ll probably be more helpful if you weren’t there anyway!

I thought she was counting on his not helping. “Go ahead and golf, but if you’re not back by the time the party starts, you will be the main course for the feeding frenzy.”
