Especially “best buds.”

So it isn’t just Berniece who busts Luann’s chops.

At least you’ll get some exercise trying to get them on. (wiggle wiggle, shimmy shimmy, and Inhale just a little more)

The G-Man would give positive feedback to Luann about the jeans but none of her other friends or family would back in 1996. Bernice would definitely say something sarcastic, Brad would add something insulting and crude, Tiffany would laugh at her, Nancy would say they are a size or 2 too small and Frank would be concerned about the cost and suggest Luann hit the blue light special at K-Mart (they were still around 28 years ago) or the sale at the local Walmart.

Let’s hope the jeans don’t do the split!

Some people will say they’re just trying to be funny. By the comments in this no one agrees that it is. This sort of humor is not only outdated but obviously scarring. Thos of us on the receiving end usually just ignored it but it still left a mark.
