Lars is Godzilla? (The cool 1960’s version not the crappy one starring Mr. Sarah Jessica Parker)

Same way (as per John Norman explanation) that Earth got much more advanced technologically (in weapons-area anyway, but not medicines) than Gor, Danae!

A more advance society of pacifists - do women rule Mars 4.0? Is Lars a female?

    “do women rule Mars 4.0?”

No… you see, Mars 4.0 is the lifeless planet we know. Mars 3.5 is the one we didn’t know about… until now!

Danae just went from being in awe and love to being crushed. So sad, when your lovely dreams are punctured by reality. Like when the Princess kisses the Prince and he turns into a frog. Or maybe Lars?

more like when the princess kisses the frog and he stays a frog and she gets a wart. (and, yes, i know that doesn’t happen. i’m just riffing on a stereotype.)

The Earth’s reptilian species might succeed us yet. Maybe they already have!

Why not? Paleontologists say that the early reptilian world was more the ancestors of modern mammals, then the dinosaurs (avian ancestors) took over, and then mammals again. Maybe it’s the reptile/avians’ turn again…

@prasrinivara Your assuming that they reached a state of perfection and see no need for further evolutionary change? Now, they’ve come to Earth to reinvigorate their DNA - sort of a Mars Needs Women (1967) plot.
