Wonder how many actual eviction notices were torn up in the process?

A trailer park is an especially cruel place for eviction notices. People tend to own the homes themselves, which depreciate in value over time, but lease the space. Unscrupulous “park” owners can jack up the lot rental price considerably, and residents have little choice but to either find a way to pay or to lose their investment in the home, as once they’re sited, they’re rarely all that “mobile”.
