We always laughed at, “I’ve Been Working on the Railroad”. I laughed too, but didn’t know why. I wish I would’ve asked; it’d saved me from a long talk after telling a joke I didn’t understand during family dinner.

Had a Springer Spaniel at one time who actually caught a robin mid-flight!

I never cared much for this arc when I read it in paperbacks as a young lad. Animal cruelty jokes (however trivial) don’t do it for me.
