Psychological research shows that our mental âcentral executiveâ is amazingly limited - we can process only one thought at a time, at a meager rate of five or ten per second at most. This is rather surprising. Isnât the human brain supposed to be the most massively parallel machine on earth? Feb 16, 2023
Willâs thoughts looks like mine every time Iâve ever tried to meditate. My brain uses it as an excuse to crank itself up with all sorts of anxieties & other unpleasant stuff!
Squirrels actually have very large brains relative to their body mass. I suspect they appear âsquirrellyâ because they think too much. They are very adept at learning new tasks, too. Anyone who feeds birds can vouch for that.

Men can do this all the time, have no thoughtsâit is due to our thin corpora collosa. Very restful it is . .
