I would suggest turning off all the electronics. Go outside and enjoy reality. The bright sun, happy birds, green trees, soft grass are all waiting to be admired! But these are the Dogs of C Kennel… locked away. Good Luck!
A day with out tech sounds quite appealing! There was a time when that was easily doable and still stay in touch with the day but now, as everything is so tied into everything else thru tech, it’s hard to keep on keeping on without it.
