I went to a Women’s ministry dinner at Mike’s church last night and it was very nice. I’m not a big fan of the chili that was served, but it was adequate and kept me on my diet. The “program” was several leaders of the ministry expounding on aspects of love as described in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7. It was pretty darn good, and included personal testimonies from each of them. I don’t know how often they do this, but count me in!
I got caught up on the finances yesterday, too. Quicken makes it so easy to reconcile everything.
I also started a new book yesterday, written by Mark Harmon and the former agent who is the the technical advisor for NCIS. It’s called “Ghosts of Honolulu” and is the true story of the only Japanese American who was part of Naval Intelligence before, during and after Pearl Harbor. I’ve only read the introduction and the first chapter, but it’s interesting so far.
It’s raining again this morning. It did rain off and on all yesterday afternoon and evening. The forecast says that there’s only a 23% chance of rain right now, but from where I sit it’s 100%. According to the Weather Channel, we’re looking at 56 today. It’s 49 and wet at the moment.

Hi ho Vagabonds
Warmer this morning at 28 degrees and it’s cloudy. Cloudy all day and a few flurries high 30.
Going to keep it low and slow today, I got a bad cold and it’s really wiping me out.
I’ll wish all a great day and may God bless.
