Maybe the kid has his own private supply of lemons from his yard (thus, extremely low overhead).
The kid could do this with fresh-squeezed orange juice in some cities in Israel, all else being equal. The trouble is, everyone else could pick fresh oranges off the trees growing by the streets, too. :) (I wanted to photograph those trees in season, but I was in a moving vehicle with an unreliable camera.)
Even if every ingredient were produced on the very same spot as his stand, it would still count as interstate commerce because somebody who buys a glass of his lemonade might have come from another state.
At least, that’s how it is in America. Id probably doesn’t have states.
Bdaysuit:: Indeed they do have oranges in Israel, near the Mediterranean coast especially. The most amazing orange juice I ever had in my life, I had in Jerusalem.

Hey King, break out your wallet. He can only pay taxes if someone buys the product. Or is that too much to ask?

Fink would tax anyone who works. Better to lie around and have the government pay your way
