I agree with that sentiment. I’m still trying to raise myself.

I saw a T-shirt that said “it sucks not having kids. All I can do is whatever I want whenever I want”

Years down the line you may want to revise that statement…

There are pluses and minuses on both sides. Overall, I’m glad my wife and I had children.

I understand both sentiments whether to have or not have kids but I can say for sure when you get up there in years it is good to have them come by now and then. Old age can be isolating.

At least their not having kids protects the gene pool.

We got rid of the kids. The cats were alergic!

I don’t see why this is something one would say at the edge of a cliff — maybe because they don’t want to deal with kids who might fall off one, literally or figuratively?

Why make such a strange statement overlooking a beautiful scene? With over 8 billion homosapiens in the world already, anybody who decides not to add to the total has my thanks.

I didn’t want more kids when I married the second time. But it turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me. Being a Pappy is even better. Like the old joke, if I had known grandkids were so much fun, I would have had them first
