Ain’t that the truth. Kids these days can’t write a letter, much less write a thank you note.

I think those thank you notes are a hint that you should thank the gift givers.

When we don’t get some kind of thank you from a kid, they get nothing next year. It’s usually the mom we hear from, which is good, because it’s a chance to put the blame where it belongs. And it works the next year.
