I always thought that line was a review of a certain red bordered magazine.

I thought he was referring to The New York vis-à-vis The Washington Times.

Best of times for the English teacher. Worst of times for the high school student.

It’s a very depressing book.

Shouldn’t Zack’s grade level be a little below such assigned reading? Pick, I know, but…

The best of times during the supposed worst of times is in the eye of the perceiver……

A great book, but not for kids that age.
