I am fighting a computer right now, during Open Season I signed up for Vision care. They take my money but no Card. I called OPM today and told her I signed up for Aetna, I have prove! She said no you have BCBS……..doesn’t matter because I have none. I start calling again tomorrow
I really have a problem with this. If a human makes a mistake, you can at least fire him and make his life miserable… But how do you punish a robot and make its life miserable?
That’s because it almost always is human error. Programmers make mistakes and QA doesn’t always catch them (or they do catch them, but it’s decided to release anyhow).
