Love the THUD and Z’s. As to the side comment. think professionals may have put in the plumbing in this house. Hot and Cold pipes in kitchen were reversed.
I once had a student whom we teachers DREADED to hear him read out loud. His voice was so monotonous and non-expressive he could put you to sleep like Mr. Canehard up there.
