I love the fact that the Jags are trying to get the coin gambled away by the embezzler back via a refund from FanDuel. LOL. The truth is that Kahn could easily get a ton of coin to make up for the losses by simply agreeing to have another one of his Jag home games played at Wembley or Tottenham. The old Gator Bowl in Jacksonville is being renovated in the near future and it is said that the Jags are investigating options to relocate for up to 2 seasons (think like the Bears playing in Champaign for a season back in 2002) and have mentioned the Daytona Speedway infield, the Citrus Bowl in Orlando and Florida Field in Gainesville. I bet Kahn would drop all those options in a microsecond if he thought the league would sign off on games in the UK. Financially it would make huge coin for both Kahn and the NFL and the logistics could be figured out with some teams playing in the UK right before their bye week. Jags could have extended road trips though to avoid crossing the Pond too many times.
Any NFL team can absorb a $22 mil hit pretax. All of them will be spending about $329 mil on players alone in the current fiscal year. Most remarkably, the Broncos will be paying Russell Wilson almost $38 mil to play for the Steelers.

He got 78 months, probably won’t serve it all. Financial white collar crime doesn’t get major jail time, although 6 years seems long enough.

He’s not only a thief, he’s got bad taste. Can’t he embezzle from a GOOD team?

Las Vegas should have a betting pool on which stars will be ruled out for the season in Spring Training
