I worked in the food industry for 30 years, starting out as a dishwasher, moved up to management. I didn’t mind mopping and cleaning the restrooms, getting away from the chaos of the kitchen. I never made an employee clean them if someone had barfed, or missed the toilet, I’d just go do it myself.
