I’ve never understood the surfeit of throw pillows. You have a comfortable piece of furniture to sit on so you cover it with pillows so there’s no place to sit. If you move them to sit down, you have an untidy, unsightly pile of pillows to look at. Then when you get up, I guess you’re supposed to pile them all back on. Unnecessary on several levels. OK. I’m a Neanderthal and not ‘with it’.
