Garf’s got the right idea though. Life in the wild sucks, no matter how much we may romanticize it.

Sounds like being in retirement.

I think that Arlene would be a dangerous tiger.

Much as I want to believe I’d be like Arlene, I’d be more of a Garfield in this situation

Then you have the Tourons in Yellowstone National Park harassing the animals there. Bison and elk tend to get a little peed off and gore some of these folks.

Hobbes dreams of being a sad, lonely tiger in the house waiting for Calvin to come home. So he can knock him out of his socks when he walks in the door. : )

Ambitious, Garfield is not.

I’d rather be a jackal, because they’re really sleek and streamlined.
