Lennie! Seriously! How did you NOT mention that Gilroy, CA was the site of a GARLIC festival! (en.wikipedia.Org/wiki/Gilroy_Garlic_Festival) SO sorry to read that it seems to have been discontinued due to COVID. I’ve got a GREAT cookbook from them!
