I love this comic–it reminds me of what my husband and I first decided when we were first together–we would split up who cooks the dinner during the week–he 3 nights, me 3 nights go out or have leftovers the 7th night. HA! that didn’t last a whole week. I cook dinner every night and he is smart enough to never complain about the meal!
When my wife and I met we were both used to being the boss of the kitchen and we both loved to cook. Since I sold my house and bought into her home I saw no reason to challenge her authority. Now I clean up and cook every once and awhile. So, I have taken up baking and make all our bread.
