Oh gosh, I’d have to buy about six bags and blend them for any cat I’ve had. Although not with our current cat, who was a semi-feral stray and absolutely cannot understand why we would want him to do that in a box in the house when there’s a nice big garden out back.

It’s all about effective marketing. Good one.

prfesser, why should your cat barf in the litter when it’s so much more enjoyable to barf on the bed or carpet?! (When my cat starts retching, I often make a futile attempt at getting her to use a newspaper as a landing field. Doesn’t work very often.) What a life! :-D

wait till you have an elderly cat. kitty litter is fuzzy, soft and looks like carpet. the stuff in the poopbox is just too far away to have to deal with the arthritis. we still love her anyway. she may not be around too much longer, and we help when she has her accidents.\ i hear humans do this occasionally, too……

i only use the pine stuff - the clay stuff is mined and my cats hate the corncob stuff

Actually, i think this is about cat owners (staff) not the cat.. I would pick up no. 3 on the top shelf and 4 on the bottom shelf.

I love what dfowensby said. Our cats share their lives with us, and we have to take care of them in their old age. They are living the same way we are.

What! No litter for left handed, err, left pawed cats?
