At Bung’s rate, reducing a quart to zero should take about 15 minutes. Doing it Doc’s way, he’ll do the quart one day. Next day quart less a shot. Next day qt less 2 shots. And so on. That should take him about 2 weeks at a reduction of a shot a day. No way Bung gonna make it.
That would be like asking cereal mfgs to begin reducing added sugar a bit every 6 months until the level is truly healthy. Might take a few years. Be good for everyone. Never gonna happen.
