Sure, there’s a slight difference. I’m allergic to one, the other only gives me a really bad stomach ache….
i always love to read the comments about tofu, living in a country as i do where we have a tofu shop just around the corner and access to the good stuff. if your tofu tastes like packing peanuts, it’s not tofu anymore… ☺
