If MELISSA BANGLES didn’t see where this was going from the first frame she’s not the teacher we thought she was.
Since elementary school won’t end in Canada for another 3 weeks, I have doubts whether the chipped ice will stay frozen until then if you set up the ice cones today, when the average spring temperatures here are in the early 20’s C.
Nothing beats a snow cone eaten out of a dirty traffic cone.

it is a wonder the ice bag has not ripped and a trail of ice.
That will not work. The syrup will leak out of the hole at the bottom.
