My dog loved a short rib. I’d make them for her on her “special occasions”. Heat it just enough to be warm, maybe rub a little sage on the outside and the slightest sprinkle of Kosher salt. She enjoyed breaking down the bone as much as she did eating the meat.

Rib bones are not good for dogs as they can splinter and damage a dog’s throat or stomach.
