We all eventually get weary dealing with the changes. The will to continue starts to fade.

Most of my dancing stops back in the 80’s have either disappeared or turned into something else. That is depressing!

You haven’t been there for 30 – 40 years Ben, of course they’ve closed, they got tired of waiting for your return.

Wally’s Bar smelled of cheap beer and cigarettes. The men’s room smelled like kindergartners had used it for target practice.

Times and things change, Ben.

[Penny has asked Raj and Howard over to cheer up Leonard]

Raj: Boo-hoo. You know what you sound like? Babies. Two whiny babies. And there’s nothing worse than being stuck with two whiny babies!

Howard: Oh. Oh, my God, I’m gonna have two babies.

Raj: No, no, no, no. Babies are great. You’re lucky to have two babies. I mean, look at me, uh, I’m all alone.I’m never gonna have babies, ‘cause you can’t make a baby watching Netflix with your dog.

Penny [Snarkily]: Thanks for coming…

As the saying goes, you can’t go back.

All those places died along with disco.

Ben’s son-inlaw(?) looks completely lost in this arc. Maybe he’s never been out in public before.

I had a bad feeling about this idea

Cheered him up by reminding him of his future, or that he has it a bit better?
