I knew it…, they’re all in cahoots. I had to call a streaming service yesterday and they asked me two questions to verify my identity. 1, how do we pay for their service, (credit card) and last 4 of the card number, and 2. What were the last two shows I watched using their service. It took two calls but finally was able to edit my contact info.
