It’s not a shark! Shark tails are vertical. This thing is (fairly) straight but there is no tail showing despite sitting fairly high in the water. The only way that could happen would be if it had a horizontal tail and that would make it a dolphin or porpoise. And dolphins and porpoises are always good guys.
