Taxes went up on the house, power bill has a 31% rate increase, water/sewer combined saw a 17% increase. That is just what I encountered paying bill this month. Groceries of course we have the ever present shrinkflation. Tube of toothpaste is the same size, but contains mostly air now. So many more. Oh and since I make my own bread, I’ve not worried about that cost. Until now. A single 5 lb bag of bread flour (higher protein content) is over $10!
