Lube up a shallow aluminum baking sheet with olive oil. Cube up (about 3/4 inch) four or five new potatoes, sprinkle with steak seasoning and broil in a toaster oven @ 400* for 30 min. Nuke a bag of broccoli for 6 minutes. Distribute on top with chopped onions and bell pepper. Slice up (into about 1/4 inch) a kielbasa or smoked sausage and put that on top. Broil it all for another 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream and shredded cheddar.
