Russia must be worse off than we think for Putin to play the nuclear card. He should know that no one wins that scenario.

Ukraine was promised support if they eliminated all the nuclear weapons they had. Those promises need to be kept. Not that keeping promises have been high on the American gov.’s list when conservatives have a say.
