Why do they want to be asked about their opinions? Whenever I asked my parents for advice, the answer was always the same – “You’re old enough to make your own decisions. We can’t decide for you.”, so, I gave up on asking for their advice. But, when I decided things on my own, they were usually pretty quick to tell my my decision was wrong.
