As strange as it might sound, a recurring nightmare I still have to this day is forgetting where my locker was and the combination to the lock. I sometimes even wake up in a cold sweat.
I remember when one school I went to had a brand of locker which had locks that any amateur could crack. Once you knew the secret, all you had to do was put the right about of pressure on the latch and you could feel the tumblers falling into place. Another used external locks issued by the school, but someone figured out that if you used a hammer and punch on just the right area of the case, the lock would open with a mere tug. False security is worse than having no security at all.
