I wish the “trump is going to prison” commentary would wait to start until after trump actually gets sentenced to prison. Yeah, sure, 34 felony convictions. But the way this society coddles the wealthy, I will be absolutely shocked if he has to do more than pay a monetary settlement for it.

Conservative icon George F. Will had one of the best lines of 2016: “Anybody who would agree to be Trump’s running mate would be unqualified, because he would think Trump was qualified.” And, clearly, the bar has been lowered even farther since Traitor Trump’s term of taking bribes most days, playing golf most days, lying all days, stealing classified documents to sell to our enemies on more than one occasion, and attempting to overthrow our democracy.
