The Call of The Wild! And having Rip back that way will make it easier for these Hard Nerds(who would be going to jail a month from now, when Breezy was still missing). Go, Breezy!
Thus Godzilla’s lesson will balance Rip’s life: we’re screwed with Rip, and we’re screwed without Rip. ’We’re’ referring to Earth and ‘Rip’ being Godzilla, who has been brainwashed once or twice by the bad guys(see Monster Zero). TNT? He’s Anguirus, but not as brave, even as a horse! Rip will probably become smarter as a result of this(The Call did help with his midlife crisis. Do the Call! Let Rip Ride to a cool dawn!) Again, this plot was too long and would’ve been a better mystery.
An episode of “Get Smart” had Max as a decoy intended to be captured and interrogated while the real carrier went unseen. They feared extreme measures would be employed that would break him. 99 insisted they go rescue him, and the Chief warns her “He could have the mind of a three year old!” 99 says “He’ll still be the same Max to me.”
How fast will it take to change Rip? They may have to travel back to Starlight, unless our Hard Nerds made a recording of the ‘Call of The Wild’ in advance. Of course, there may be a chance that a small part(still intact)of Rip’s memory will be supercharged by his change, enabling him to remember everything(a nicer ending with a Breezy kiss and a full exoneration of Rip to boot).

“His mind will still live in blank city”? So what has changed?

Poor TNT. Morphing into a galloping steed has to be a strain.

Yes, the Call of the Wild. Anything to get Rip back to being the pancake loving soldier of fortune with the giggling knuckles.

All Rip has ever needed is Stormy, Misty, TNT and his giggling fists up some Skull agents nose.

Call of the Wild, it is! Hopefully, before Boss Weathers sends him on another Janitor assignment.

Notice how traumatized the gerbil is after being banished by the ravishing red-head.

Good thing he said something or they might not notice the difference.

TNT steals the show again.
