*Hahahaha Insurance companies are right there in a flash to collect your premiums but put in a legitimate claim and you get bombarded with all sorts of red tape. And that’s if they acknowledge you at all. They drag your claim on and on hoping you’ll give up and go away or they disappear or declare bankruptcy. Either way it’s usually futile.

This is fairly accurate. Had the tree fallen on the house, then part of the claim would involve removing that. However, just falling in the yard isn’t something covered.

Rufus and Joel will do it for free. They need the firewood for winter.

Find someone who wants firewood. They might cart it off for free. (My neighbor did that for me).

That kitty gets bigger every minute.
