If you’re going to give a dog junk mail to destroy, don’t get mad at him if he destroys important mail like bills and tax refunds. (This strip was originally written during a time before direct deposit became the preferred method for refunds.)
If it’s not a bill, “Occupant” or “Our Neighbor at” are the letters which come to me.
Yeah, if there’s junk mail, call on your faithful dog to tear it up.
