They must go to a discount counselor. ANY worthwhile counselor would have already had their file opened AND reviewed.

Somebody didn’t do his homework before the appointment.

At least the boxes weren’t part of the stash at Mar-a-Lago.

My brother was a Family Relations Officer with the State Courts. One family of repeat offenders for domestic abuse and assaults ( by both parties ) he dubbed The Capps. I imagine that their files were as large as Andy & Flo’s
