I came home one day to find that there was a black fish swimming in the tank where there had been a gold one. When my wife came home, I asked her why there was a different fish. She was embarrassed that I had noticed- it seems the goldfish had jumped out onto the floor and when she discovered it, it had turned black. So, thinking that was its colour, she bought one to replace it, hoping I wouldn’t notice.
Between the mold on the inside of the fish tank, the crummy water that needs to be replaced, the tank filter that breaks down, it’s no wonder there is always an abundance of tanks for sale on EBAY, Facebook Marketplace etc. Get a cat instead.
