Just an observation but why would mom be sitting in the backyard on an uncomfortable dining room chair instead of in a recliner under an umbrella?
Why draw a dining room chair? Easier to draw a simple chair. Which would you pick?

Ask the kids to come and get you in 30 minutes as you all need to clean out the loft or the garage etc. The kids might forget you exist.
