I enjoy the movie Things to Come (1936), but have a hard time with the “futuristic” clothing: Shorts, sandals, foot-wide lapels that turn into shoulder-boards, etc. On the other hand, the movie predicted the start of the Second World War around Christmas of 1939, so they only missed it by three months, which is not bad.
Truthfully, T, one of the big reasons those sort of outfits never actually came to be is because people realized they weren’t actually that fun to wear most the time. ;)
Also, yes, Utahraptor would be one to talk about T-Rex’s preference for nudity.
