That is not the Amazon that has same-day delivery.

Nowadays, there are so many sizes that it has to come from a warehouse 3 hours away (freeway traffic, dontcha know).

The dealer ordered my run-flats and had to wait 2 days for delivery!!

Such is our current “customer service”.

He’s not having a good year so far.

Not the way to get better service.

I took my car in to have the tires rotated and balanced. There was a huge window in the waiting area so you could watch the work being done. The mechanic would work on one car for a few minutes then go to another car, then another, etc. After 2 hours all he had done was remove one wheel and balance it. I had them put it back on and left.

I think I said that to the manager of a tire store many years ago. I was really unhappy after hearing him say to every customer who came to the counter they needed brake work.

They don’t cut down the tree to make rubber.

You probably should save the snarky remarks for after the service is completed.

These things take time. I find the wait is shorter after I have scheduled an appointment for the service
