I worked for the federal government. I’d like to think I worked pretty hard.
As of September 2024, there are over 2.1 million federal civilian employees in the US Government (mostly in alphabet agencies) and most not working in productive enterprise or otherwise.
Get your skills and then go for a government job. You will be able to advance more quickly. Or you can become a cartoonist like the Tittiebum boys.
