Coming Soon 👀 At the beginning of April, you’ll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
LOLZ! Justin – that’s hysterical! You’ve got about two dozen jokes in that one panel.
Â
I like how you are experimenting with different layouts. There is no need to stick with only one, strict format. You can use a different format each day, as far as I’m concerned. Let the gag or the story you want to tell each day decide what format it needs and go with it.
Â
For an example (one of many), check out Sandra and Woo:

He does black & white, sometimes with dramatic &/or subtle coloration. He does full, glorious color. He does any size & shape panel that he’s in the mood for.
Â
It’s all good. Do what keeps it interesting and fun for you.
Â
If you want to do one or two magazine covers like this each month, it could be a great running gag.
THIS is what I meant about your extraordinary artwork. Well done indeed. Forget the newspapers (dying more swiftly that dinosaurs after a meteor shower) - go directly to a book publisher who will not violate by shrinking these great panels!!

Excellent! I had to favorite this one! In the words of a former governor of Minnesota, “I’m impressed, and I don’t impress easy”

Hmmm… Karma (Gautama Buddha) sitting under the Boody (Bo-tree), and reaching down to touch the earth (Shakti Devi). Deep. Funny. Completely weird.
I wonder if the pool table and the Van Gogh came with the house when Snoopy got foreclosed?
Simon_Jester almost 16 years ago
Snoopy lost his Van Gogh when his house burned down and replaced it with an Andrew Wyeth.
( Grrrrr, I can remember that, but I can’t remember where I put that blankety blank RECIEPT )

Simon_Jester - You’re right. I guess the shock of the lost Van Gogh made me ignore the Wyeth.
