Need to restudy your history. The first Thanksgiving in what is now the U.S. was in Florida. No “Pilgrims” (not what they called themselves), only Spanish and locals. The next eventful Thanksgiving was in Jamestown. Later there was the celebration in Plymouth in 1621 but that was actually a harvest festival. A Thanksiving there didn’t happen for another couple of years.
