I slide the lever to cover the camera on mine. Pretty much true on all devices especially with Bluetooth. I shut off my Bluetooth whenever I’m around other people with laptops or other devices.
There ought to be a word for feeling eyes on you. Besides paranoia, which seems to imply the person is being unreasonably nervous/no evidence. But sometimes there really are eyes on you—someone staring at you from across a distance, for example.
