There’s absolutely no excuse for allowing oneself to get that inflexible before even being old enough to have gray hair. Good grief, guy, start doing some flexibility exercises!!!

I have gotten to were I cannot lift me foot to put on my pants. Bending over is out of the question. I hate being a nuisance.
